My specialty is fostering growth in relationships, putting Christ at the center. I work with couples to identify their strengths and areas for growth. I help individuals learn to establish healthy boundaries and effective communication, and better define what they are looking for in a partner. I assign homework or tasks to be completed between sessions.  As a military spouse, I also have a passion for working with military service members and their families. I utilize the Gottman relationship check-up assessment for marriages and the PrepareEnrich assessment for pre-marital counseling. My specialty is in working with heterosexual monogamous relationships.
