I’m a lifelong Christian, and my faith naturally shows up in the way I care for and support my clients. In therapy, I encourage clients to bring their own faith and understanding of God into the counseling process. I’ve found that faith is a meaningful part of gaining insight, building strength, and moving toward healing.
My style is gentle, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I try to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported- emotionally and spiritually. My goal is to walk alongside clients with grace and ehlp them growin ways that honor who they are and what they believe.
