I’m a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) and approach therapy through a holistic and relational lens, honoring the unique blend of your emotional landscape, internal parts, nervous system, and life story. I’m especially passionate about walking alongside those healing from traumatic experiences, navigating grief and loss, spiritual or religious trauma, complex relationship and family dynamics, attachment wounds, and self-discovery.
