Have you found yourself feeling stuck in past experiences, hating your body, or feeling crippled by chaotic emotions? We all have places of pain and disruption in our lives. I desire to cultivate a space where individuals can feel seen and safe while taking practical steps towards growth. I believe that it is in bearing witness to our own stories in the presence of another that restoration and healing take place. Reconciliation with all parts of yourself and your body is possible and I am here to walk alongside you in that.

In my own journey, I have found faith to be vital in healing and believe the Lord desires to meet us in our own places of pain, regardless of how messy they may be. It is the kindness and compassion of the Lord that uproots shame and leads us to become who he created us to be. I use visualization with somatic exercises as one way of integrating biblical narratives and other Scriptures. I’m also happy to integrate prayer where appropriate if desired. You don’t have to do it all alone; I would be honored to walk alongside you as you engage your own story!
