My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of both my life and my work as a counselor. I have experienced firsthand God’s faithfulness through seasons of joy, uncertainty, and growth, and those experiences continue to shape the way I walk alongside others. One of the greatest privileges of my work is helping people discover that healing is possible and that they do not have to carry life’s burdens alone.

Several passages of Scripture continually guide my approach to counseling. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds me to trust in the Lord rather than relying solely on my own understanding, recognizing that He is the ultimate source of wisdom and direction. Galatians 6:2 calls us to “carry each other’s burdens,” and I consider it an honor to walk alongside people during life’s most difficult seasons. Romans 8:28 is a constant reminder that God is at work in every circumstance, bringing purpose and redemption even through pain. While that doesn’t minimize suffering, it offers hope that our stories are never beyond God’s ability to redeem.

As a licensed professional counselor, I believe God has graciously revealed truth through both His Word and His creation. Because all truth is God’s truth, I do not see theology and psychology as competing disciplines, but as complementary gifts that, when rightly understood, work together to promote healing and wholeness. Scripture provides the unchanging foundation for understanding who we are and whose we are, while sound psychological research and evidence-based clinical practices offer valuable insights into how people heal, grow, and flourish. I believe God can use both to accomplish His restorative work.

For clients seeking Christian counseling, I thoughtfully integrate biblical truth with evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a way that is clinically sound and spiritually meaningful. This may include Scripture, prayer, biblical principles, and spiritual reflection, while also utilizing proven counseling approaches tailored to each individual’s needs. My goal is never to force faith into the counseling process but to faithfully integrate it in a way that honors both God’s truth and the unique journey of each client.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, burnout, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my desire is to create a safe, grace-filled environment where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I believe every person is created in the image of God with inherent dignity, value, and purpose, and I am passionate about helping individuals experience lasting transformation through both clinical excellence and the hope found in Christ.
