Ever since I was a child, I was compelled to help people make peace with others and make peace with themselves.  As a therapist, my goal is to help clients work through any obstacles in the way of living their best lives.  My experience as a mediator, a financial coach and a professor at a Christian college tends to provide helpful knowledge and perspective in therapy.

My approach to therapy is very open, honest, relaxed and educational.  I am happy to talk about religion, politics, money or anything else that seems “off limits.”  When clients are willing, I often encourage them to bring their faith beliefs into our sessions and take strength from the support of their religious community.  I enjoy empowering clients to meet their goals and get the most out of their lives.
