Hello, I’m Ara Trembly, Licensed Professional Counselor, former Adjunct Professor at Cairn University’s Institute for Higher Learning, and Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.. Are you (or someone you love) struggling with fears, depression, autism, ADHD, phobias, marriage issues, spiritual problems, destructive habits, academic/sports performance, self-confidence issues, divorce, adjustment disorders, sleep disturbances, pain management, or other life problems? If so, I have a variety of ways to help. I provide both counseling and clinical hypnotherapy from a Christian perspective.
Hypnotherapy, if appropriate for you, is a proven clinical treatment that uncovers unconscious causes of many problems and allows swift resolution in many cases. Emphasis is on replacing problematic behaviors with alternative, healthy habits. You will also learn to hypnotize yourself in order to continue making changes after therapy ends.
I view God’s word as the highest source of wisdom, and this guides my counseling and hypnotherapy. I use a variety of therapeutic methods including visualization, dream analysis, and deep relaxation. Counseling and hypnotherapy offer hope and help for your problems. Let’s get started today!
