I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic illness, spiritual concerns, adjustment struggles, and relationship issues. I have training in Lay Biblical Counseling by CCEF, am certified in Prepare/Enrich, which can be used for both premarital and married couples. I’m also certified as a Brain Health Professional through Dr. Daniel Amen’s program and am a certified Christian Mental Health Coaching through AACC. I’m always learning and studying new topics to best assist my clients with their different needs.

My passion is helping individuals live in accordance with who they truly were created to be based on their faith values, as well as building healthy relationships. For my clients who are open to it, I bring a Christian perspective and use spiritual interventions to help clients explore their identity, grow their relationship with God, and pursue healing.
