I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a Master of Science in Community Counseling from St. Cloud State University and advanced training in evidence-based clinical practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

With over a decade of experience serving individuals, groups, couples, and families, I’m deeply committed to helping my clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and Christ-centered care. My work is guided by the belief that true healing takes place when we integrate clinical wisdom with Christian values and biblical truth in the counseling process. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can experience grace, restoration, and growth—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

I am a proud member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), and National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). I also serve as a Clinical Supervisor through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, mentoring future therapists on their path to licensure.

I work with couples at all stages—dating, engaged, married, remarried—helping them deepen communication, resolve conflict, rebuild trust, and realign spiritually. My approach invites couples to anchor their relationship in Christ, cultivate empathy, and develop practical tools that restore connection.

Blended Families & Stepfamily Therapy

A unique area of passion and expertise in my practice is blended family therapy. As someone who understands the sacred calling and complexities of blended family life—both personally and professionally—I am committed to walking alongside couples and families as they navigate the emotional realities of remarriage, co-parenting challenges, loyalty binds, boundary confusion, and communication struggles.

As a recognized provider in Smart Stepfamily Therapy, I use specialized tools and strategies to help families honor each member’s role, foster mutual respect, and build a new foundation rooted in love, grace, shared values, and unity.

Women’s Issues & Identity in Christ

Supporting women is one of my deepest callings. I offer a faith-affirming space for women to explore their identity, overcome shame, set boundaries, heal from trauma, and walk in the truth of who God created them to be. Whether you’re facing postpartum challenges, emotional overwhelm, or relationship stress, I’ll walk beside you with empathy and purpose.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy singing, crafting, and spending time with my family and loved ones. I find joy in meaningful connection, creative expression, and reflecting God’s love in everyday moments.
