My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of both my life and my work. Like many of my clients, I know what it means to walk through seasons of grief, uncertainty, and rebuilding. Those experiences have deepened my dependence on God and strengthened my belief that healing is possible even when life feels overwhelming.

One verse that continually guides my work is Psalm 46:10: “Be still, and know that I am God.” It serves as a reminder that true healing often begins when we learn to quiet the noise, slow down, and experience God’s presence, even in the middle of pain. I also return often to Isaiah 41:10, which reminds us that we are never asked to carry our burdens alone.

As a licensed professional counselor, I believe God has uniquely designed our minds, bodies, and relationships to work together. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care with Biblical truth whenever a client desires faith to be part of the counseling process. I never force spiritual interventions, but I gladly incorporate prayer, Scripture, Christian values, and discussions about God’s character when they align with a client’s goals and beliefs.

My hope is to provide a space where you can be completely honest about your struggles while discovering that healing doesn’t require perfection, it requires safety, truth, and grace.
