Hello! I live in Fayetteville, Georgia and I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Counseling. I see people as whole beings where each part is interconnected and each part impacts the whole (body, soul, mind, spirit). As a mother of a child with severe OCD and anxiety from PANS/PANDAS, I understand the challenges of neuroimmune diagnoses. I have experience caring for my mother with Alzheimer’s, giving me insight into caregiver burnout. I am also an EMDR trained therapist and love working with clients suffering from complex trauma and PTSD. I have experience working with family systems and couples and really enjoy the dynamics of relationships.
I use a Christian Psychology approach with Cognitive Behavioral leanings in counseling, offering ERP for OCD as well as EMDR for trauma. I will also be trained to offer SPACE (a program for parents of children with OCD) in January of 2026. I have experience with online crisis care, specializing in suicide prevention and self-harm. My goal is to offer every client the love, compassion, and care they deserve as image bearers of our Creator. My favorite verse as a counselor is 2 Corinthians 1:4. I can comfort and care for others only because of the comfort and care I myself have received from God. It is only by His grace and through His power that change takes place and I count it an immense privilege to be used by Him.
