As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe that spirituality is an important part of mental health and healing, and I welcome exploring faith as a source of strength and guidance.

As Matthew 19:26 reminds us, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God, everything is possible.” I hold this truth in my heart as I work alongside clients, encouraging hope and resilience even in the most challenging circumstances. Similarly, Romans 15:13 says, “I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.”

I believe God has created each of us with purpose, and part of the healing journey is discovering and embracing that purpose. Together, we can work toward greater self-awareness, emotional growth, and a life aligned with the meaning and calling God has placed within you.
