Welcome to my practice. I am a Christ follower, Licensed Professional Counselor, and EMDRIA Approved Consultant.

It takes courage to ask for help. Whether you are looking for a different perspective, assistance working through difficult situations, or working through trauma history, I am here to help. I offer many methods to assist you on your journey to renewal. Sometimes it helps to have another set of eyes look into our lives and help us form a different perspective.

My approach is to come alongside and help you through your difficult situation from a non-judgmental perspective, at a pace you set. During this process, I can help you improve your sense of well-being, gain insight, and appreciate yourself more fully. Hopefully along the way, you will gain a greater sense of clarity with the peace and freedom to be your full self.

I began my career in teaching, moved to the corporate world, raised my family, and changed careers mid-life. I have worked in private practice and in psychiatric hospitals. My specialty area is trauma experienced at any age or time in life.
