Norma Tilton is a pastoral counselor with over 28 years’ experience with a passion to help people and make a difference in their lives impacting them with godly counsel and keen wisdom. She has counseling individuals, hundreds of troubled couples and also offers premarital counseling using the PREPARE/ENRICH Assessment. Norma birthed Marriage Works of MD in Nov. of 2005 and served as President for 15 l/2 years along with key community leaders holding 12 marriage conferences, teaching relationship skills trainings at Harford Community College and in numerous churches over the years. Norma Tilton has served as Lead Pastor for Our Father’s Heart, Inc. ministry for almost 24 years, holding worship services, doing pastoral care and leading a monthly Prayer Gathering for pastors and leaders over 19 years now. Norma went through a very painful divorce in the 90’s but God restored her life and she has now been married for 32 years. In 1994 she also birthed Servant Leadership, a management and consulting business, teaching leadership courses at Harford Community College for 16 years and do consulting with many companies and not-for-profits. She is also a member of the Harford Leadership Academy of Harford County, Maryland.
