Hello. I am the owner of Zaida DelToro Coaching. I am a certified life coach and a graduate of Robbins-Madanes Training. I am also a board-certified mental health coach from the American Association for Christian Counselors. In addition to my coaching expertise, I am an exceptional administrator, having earned an Executive Secretary Certificate and I possess over a decade of administrative, organizational,  and customer service skills in New York, the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area, and central Pennsylvania.

I am an entrepreneur, and the former owner of Brighter Day Personal Services, in which I met diverse client needs as a senior companion, and childcare provider, coaching clients on organizational and financial skills, including time management, balancing accounts, and creating and implementing a customized personal budget. I drew on over five years of experience in the financial sector performing administrative and technical duties in positions as diverse as a bank teller, reconciliation clerk, and customer service representative in which I responded to customer inquiries and assisted them with account analysis and problem-solving to ensure meeting their financial needs. I also served as a personal assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Maintenance for a global leader in private jet management and charter experience. I was an Office  Manager in an accounting firm, organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, and designing filing systems, among other administrative duties.
