My mission in life is to inspire, support, and encourage women to unlock their true potential of growth through offering opportunities to discover one’s true and authentic self.  I love that God has “created my inmost being” and “knit me together in my mother’s womb.” (Psalm 139:13)  This means that each of us in uniquely made by God with distinct personality, temperament, gifts, and strengths.

As a unique creation, circumstances and people can cause trauma and damage to our true authentic self.  I coach women to discover and become more self-aware through creative activities, assessments, and thought-provoking questions.  God’s word is a “lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” (Psalm 119:105) For this reason, God’s word is incorporated into my coaching approach.

In my life journey, my personal testimony has been on of overcoming childhood trauma, betrayal, as well as the effects that such circumstances can have mentally and emotionally.  It is my heart’s burden to take the comfort I have received from God in my life and comfort women that are struggling. We can be more than conquerors through Christ and develop spiritual resilience by learning self-reflection and awareness.
