I walk alongside believers who long to grow into the fuller version of the masterpiece God created them to be. My goal is to help you rediscover who you are in Christ and to guide you toward the life He’s calling you to live. I believe that self-knowledge and God-knowledge are deeply connected—as we come to know Him more, we understand ourselves more clearly, and in that place, real transformation begins.

In our work together, you’ll find a safe and supportive space to explore, reflect, and grow. This isn’t a place of judgment but of encouragement and empowerment—you don’t need to have it all together and you’re free to take off your masks and learn to be yourself. Each session meets you where you are and helps you step into who God created you to become.

I hold a Bachelor of Divinity, a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling, and I am a certified Professional Life Coach through the International Christian Coaching Association.

My areas of focus include Life Transitions, Spiritual and Church Dynamics, Cross-Cultural and International Experiences, ADHD/Neurodivergence, Self-Esteem, Relationships, and Grief.
