Having overcome a lifetime of traumas, I have emerged victorious, empowered to inspire others to rise above their pain. Through my own 20-year journey of healing, prayer, and education, I have been called to counsel others, imparting the knowledge and compassion I have gained. As a counselor for five years, I have walked alongside numerous individuals, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for growth. My promise to you is to remain authentic, honest, and supportive throughout your journey. As someone who understands what it feels like to be a recovering addict, victim of sexual abuse stuck, uncertain, alone, ashamed and overwhelmed. I’m currently working on an additional Mastery Level for First Responders and Military Trauma. I’m certified in Trauma, PTSD, Sexual Abuse and Recovery, Addiction and Substance abuse, Depression, anxiety, Suicide and Grief Counseling.

My clients can call 24/7, as I’m always available if needed.
My sessions last hour and half so we’re not rushed with just an hour time frame.
I do face to face sessions, FaceTime,Zoom and regular calls and also have a few clients I meet at a coffee house.
