With a Master’s in Pastoral Counseling and certifications in trauma-informed coaching, women’s issues, grief and loss, and other mental health issues, I help women and families bounce back and move forward through tough times and overwhelming seasons. My approach combines empathy, cultural humility, and a faith-driven perspective to guide clients through personal and professional growth.

Having navigated challenges myself like childhood trauma, chronic illness, single parenting, and menopause, career transitions, and church toxicity, I yearn to help others transform from chaos, fear, and overwhelm to calm, clarity, and confidence.

God created us to flourish. 

Hundreds of women and families have turned to me for faith-based alignment in work, life, family, meaning and purpose, and social connectedness. Our journeys include Christian identity and calling, goal-setting, mindset shifts, recovery, and more, all while fostering strong, trusting relationships with God, self, and others.

Outside of coaching, I’m a foodie, traveler, tennis and golf enthusiast, and executive for a local nonprofit. Thanks be to God, I have raised two girls now both married and my best times are enjoyed with family and my furbaby, Remi.
