Hello! I am so glad that you found me.  I am a Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach with specialties in Human Flourishing and Crisis Intervention & Trauma Care.  I am also a mixed media artist and I use art making as a way to reduce stress, process events, and express emotion.  I also use art to solidify what I am learning.  Most importantly, I create to be with the Creator, as an act of worship, journaling, meditation and prayer.  All these things help me to flourish, and I would love to use my skills to help you flourish as well. (Using art is not required!)

I have my BA in Psychology, from Messiah College, and my coaching certificates from Light University, part of AACC. I also have an Art Therapy Practitioner certificate from Scholistico.  I use Scripture as an anchor, a guide, and as solid ground when hard times come.  I will be using the truths and promises in scripture to help guide you as well, along with the strategies and techniques I have learned in my courses at Light University.
