My life includes twenty-four years of U.S. Army service, Deep Sea Diver, Emergency Medical/Fire Fighter, International Business Executive and business ownership.  I lead with this, as I believe that my life experiences have brought me to a unique place in my life. These experiences also brought trauma, depression, anxiety and hurt not only for me but those close to me.  I have learned to deal with these through the help my family and the love of Jesus Christ.  Through my own experiences I believe that I can assist others in finding their true hope, freedom and a quiet mind.

I provide coaching with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, suicide, grief and loss.  As a Christian Coach, with a Biblical worldview, my approach is to provide a safe place to encourage healing and helping to formulate plans to move forward in life.  True healing and peace come through Christ, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28).  I will come along side and work with you to help find new ideas and techniques that will lead to solutions for a more peaceful and understanding lifestyle with grace and compassion instead of judgement.  Every person’s walk with God is personal, so the amount of Biblical content is totally dependent on you.

I would be proud to get to know you and be a helping and healing part of your life. I am exclusively online and can work with anyone regardless of location.
