Hi, I’m Jackie. I help Christ followers experience deep restoration and renewed purpose — spirit, soul, and body — through the biblically-based mind-body approach called Splankna and through Christ-centered Transformational Coaching. ​I am passionate about helping believers walk in the fullness of who God created them to be and experience the depth of His love.

For 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Certified Splankna Practitioner, and since 2011 as a Certified Master Splankna Practitioner. Time and again, I continue to stand in awe of how God uses this remarkable tool for change. I’ve witnessed Him heal deep emotional wounds, release physical burdens, and breathe fresh vision into weary hearts.

I know what it feels like to be stuck, to long for more, and to carry pain that seems too heavy to lift. I also know the freedom, clarity, and joy that come when Jesus meets us in those very places — and it’s that journey I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Alongside coaching, I bring over 13 years of experience as a Certified Nutrition Therapist. While I no longer see nutrition clients, healing through food and nutrients remains a lifelong passion — one that continues to shape my holistic approach to transformation.

Whether through Christ-centered mind-body healing or through my 90-Day Transformational Coaching experience — or both in tandem — my mission is the same: to help you live a radiant, whole, and abundant live, anchored in your identity in Christ.
