I am a Mental Health and Wellness Coach who supports women navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and seasons of change. My work centers on creating a calm, compassionate space where clients can slow down, reflect, and rebuild a sense of grounding and direction in their lives.

My faith informs my values as a coach— particularly compassion, patience, hope, and the belief that healing and growth are possible even in difficult seasons.

Scriptures such as Psalm 34:18 (“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted”) and Isaiah 41:10 (“Do not fear, for I am with you”) remind me of God’s presence in times of struggle and guide the way I hold space for clients with care and respect.

Biblical principles may be gently incorporated into coaching when aligned with a client’s beliefs and preferences, such as encouragement rooted in hope, restoration, stewardship of the body and mind, and learning to rest rather than live in constant survival mode.

Coaching with me is non-clinical and not a substitute for therapy. It is designed to help women gain clarity, feel more grounded, and move forward with intention—honoring both their personal journey and, when desired, their faith.
