Kris has cultivated an ability to hold space for the wounded, having lost many to death herself over the years. She seeks to understand and listen rather than fix, while at the same time encouraging clients to move forward in all aspects of their lives. When you work with Kris you feel like she is another traveler in this space with you and you belong. Kris is passionate about Jesus, His people, and His kingdom. She longs to bring His holy healing into a hurting world, shining His light along the way. Between appointments, Kris encourages her clients to seek Christ through prayer about the issues they are struggling with. Since Christ is the ultimate healer, sessions are designed to encourage your relationship with Him as your great counselor while using Biblical truths to direct your steps in a healthy life. We are called to live in this world yet not be of the world, so our decisions in our day-to-day life matter as well.

Kris has worked with a variety of ages specializing not only in Grief/Crisis but also in Pre-marital/Marital counseling. Over the last 10 years she has fostered professional connections with the adolescent youth and fostered their development as a whole and with Christ as the firm foundation. Kris’s education from Moody Bible Institute can provide clients with an understanding that Biblical truths, whether directly referenced or not, are always at the core of her work.

Kris currently resides in the Nashville, TN area and can see clients in person or via telecommunication. Kris has an international life coaching certificate to offer tele-coaching to people from across the country.
