I am passionate about helping others find hope and healing. I have always had a belief in God and Jesus, but growing up, I wouldn’t say I had a very deep relationship with Jesus. Growing up, I often felt the pressure to meet certain criteria to be accepted, whether by God or people. Life’s challenges—including the tragic loss of my sister and a difficult divorce from an emotionally abusive husband—shaped my perspective until a co-worker invited me to her church in 2012.  It was there that I discovered a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and healing of old wounds. This experience shifted my focus from people-pleasing to seeking a deeper connection with God.

Since then, my faith has become the center of my life. I hold a degree in Human Services – Counseling and am a Board Certified in Biblical Counselor. For over 12 years, I have provided counseling within my church, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and relationship struggles. I know firsthand the transformative power of walking with Jesus, and I am continually inspired by the positive changes I see in those I work with. I am passionate about sharing the Gospel and it’s transformative power. My heart is especially drawn to coaching women as they navigate life’s challenges.

My coaching style always incorporates Biblical principals and disciplines. I include Bible reading plans, meditation on Scripture, suggestions to join fellowship groups, gratitude journaling and prayer. We daily need the help of Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It’s important to invite Him into every area of our lives.

There are so many scriptures that I lean on, but one of my favorites is Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will should you which path to take.”
