As a survivor of childhood abuse I learned how to “survive”.   Through arduous work and determination, I realized there is survival, and then there is thriving.  Restructuring survival techniques into healthy life skills, creating safe boundaries, and setting attainable goals became my new focus on life.  Understanding my purpose in life, developing a genuine relationship with God, and stepping into my authentic self, my perspectives have changed, and I now thrive in life.

Each day is a new beginning for each of us.  It is my honor to walk alongside clients as they break the bonds of ill effects from trauma and walk in their upward journeys into wholeness, healing and beyond.  We discuss faith, challenges, obstacles, strengths, current relationships, and what is important to them before implementing a strategy for our work together.  I work with each person to establish healthy life skills, as well as to discover the goals they want for themselves, breaking down larger goals into attainable ones working to complete each level at a pace that best suits the individual.
