Hi, my name is Jonah, and I am a professional life and mental health coach. My approach to coaching is holistic; I believe that addressing the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being is essential for achieving overall well-being, often referred to as human flourishing. I have completed over 400 hours of training with the AACC and am committed to continuous learning to deepen my understanding as I help others find healing and wholeness.

I am passionate about assisting those who are struggling and yearning for a happier, healthier, and more meaningful life. It inspires me to support others on their journeys toward fulfillment and joy. My passion for helping others stems from my own experiences—the struggles I’ve overcome, the personal growth I’ve achieved through some of my most painful moments, and the gratitude I feel when I reflect on how far I have come.

I firmly believe that God has called me to help those who are hurting or in need of encouraging support, as stated in 2 Corinthians 1:4.
