My faith in Christ shapes everything I do — personally and professionally. I’m Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, an Amen Clinics Certified Brain Health Professional, and a Level II Certified Nutrition Recovery Coach. I specialize in the connection between nutrition and mental health, helping individuals find peace, clarity, and stability through a whole-person, faith-based approach.

John 10:10 reminds me that Jesus came so we might have life, and have it abundantly. For me, that “abundant life” began when I surrendered even my nutritional choices to Him. As I sought His wisdom about what I was feeding my body, I began to see how deeply nutrition and mental health are intertwined. The fog lifted, the anxiety quieted, and I realized that caring for my body was an act of worship — not vanity.

God placed us in a garden filled with foods meant to nourish, protect, and restore us — not limited to plants alone, but encompassing the variety of whole, unprocessed foods He provided for our good. Over time, much of that has been distorted and stripped of its God-given goodness. I help clients return to that original design — using real, balanced, nutrient-dense foods to support mental clarity, mood stability, and emotional resilience.

In my practice, I pray with and for my clients, and I listen for the Holy Spirit’s prompting in how to guide each person. As I continue my Mental Health Certification with the AACC, I see daily how science and Scripture point to the same truth: healing begins when we align body, mind, and spirit with God’s intended design.
