My passion for helping others find direction is rooted in a deep desire to serve. Whether working with veterans navigating life after the military, men seeking resilience, or couples rebuilding intimacy, I believe that every person has a God-given purpose. My own walk with Christ has taught me that true strength is found not just in discipline, but in surrender and trust in God’s plan. I founded Nautical Breeze Services to provide the support and accountability I know are essential for navigating life’s storms.

Favorite Scriptures:

I often turn to Jeremiah 29:11 because it reminds us that God’s plans are for our welfare and a future filled with hope. I also lean on Proverbs 27:17 (“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another”), which guides my approach to coaching men and fostering growth through connection.

Biblical Integration:

I view coaching through a Biblical lens, believing that God’s Word provides the ultimate blueprint for our identity, marriages, and stewardship. In sessions, I incorporate these teachings by offering a grace-filled, non-judgmental space where we can explore how your faith values align with your practical goals. While I ground my methods in Scripture, I meet every client where they are, offering a “faith-informed” approach that is respectful and inviting rather than imposing.
