At the age of 18, I fell in love with the understanding that Jesus died for me so that I could live a life victoriously and without guilt. I was scarred with a domestic violent home and yet had the privileges of a typical middle-class family. I married a Christian and had two beautiful boys. I moved from Cary, NC, to Abilene, TX, to Boston, MA, to Johannesburg, South Africa, to Milwaukee, WI, to Chicago, IL, to Durham, NC, to Ridgewood, NJ, to Cary NC, to Kabul, Afghanistan, and now settled in Apex, NC.

Our love for God and his ministry sent my family to those locations. I worked in the secular world, in the ministry, and with a nonprofit business. Relying on God and his Word, having faithful Christians to fellowship with, and taking the steps of faith allowed me to persevere with my challenges and unexpected grief. God gave me strength and victories to rejoice in.  Psalms 57 and 119 are some of my go-to verses for strength. II Peter 1:3-11 reveals how I can make a difference in my walk with God. Then Jesus’s heart for me in his prayer in John 17 warms my soul.

My coaching conversations begin with focus and an opportunity to see what is possible for your life. You are the sailor directing the rudder of your ship (life). God has given man the gift of choice. As a life coach, I offer you a peaceful, reflective space where you can think, speak, and explore questions that deepen your self-awareness. Through Zoom, I create a confidential and supportive environment that empowers your personal transformation. (Romans 12:2) I became a Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach and Professional Life Coach because of seeing the need for a strong healthy mind for myself, for my oldest son and for others who want to grow!
