I am a pastor, chaplain, author, and mental health coach with decades of experience walking alongside people through seasons of struggle, transition, and healing. I hold a diploma in Mental Health Coaching from Light University, and my coaching integrates practical mental health principles with Christian faith and pastoral wisdom.

A significant part of my work focuses on wounded ministers, church leaders, and those who have been hurt in church settings. Having spent many years in pastoral ministry myself, I understand the pressures, expectations, and disappointments that can come with serving in ministry. My desire is to provide a safe and compassionate space where leaders and their families can process pain, rediscover hope, and move toward healing.

I also work with individuals and couples who want to strengthen their emotional health and their marriages. My coaching approach is honest, practical, and faith-informed, helping people move forward with clarity, resilience, and renewed purpose.

In addition to coaching, I serve as a chaplain and am the founder of Overflow Life Collective, a ministry devoted to healing and restoration for hurting pastors and their families. My goal in every conversation is simple: to listen well, encourage deeply, and help people take meaningful steps toward health and wholeness.
