I’m Dr. Jeanine Johnson, and my journey as a biblical counselor is grounded in a deep conviction that God’s Word offers the truest hope and practical wisdom for every season of life. My personal testimony is one of experiencing God’s faithfulness through my own struggles—learning that lasting change and healing come not just from knowledge, but from authentic connection and grace-filled, honest conversation rooted in Scripture.

A few scriptures that continually guide my work are 2 Corinthians 1:3–4 (“the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God”) and Romans 15:13 (“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit”). These verses remind me that real transformation is possible, and that God meets us in our pain with comfort and hope.

In my sessions, I strive to create a space of safety and honesty where clients can be themselves—no masks needed. I incorporate biblical teachings into every conversation, not just as theory, but as living truth that speaks to our real-life challenges. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, grief, relationship issues, or spiritual questions, I walk alongside you, using Scripture as our compass and prayer as our foundation. My approach is relationship-driven and research-aware, but always centered on the sufficiency of God’s Word.
