“My passion for mental and emotional healing grew out of my own journey as a survivor of a mentally struggling parent, teen peer abuse, and early childhood challenges. Through those experiences, I learned to grow in spite of my circumstances and to lean on my faith as a young adult to guide me through seasons of pain and uncertainty.

I believe true healing happens when we open our hearts to restoration — allowing faith, truth, and compassion to reach the deepest parts of who we are: mind, body, and spirit. A guiding verse for me is Isaiah 61:1, which reminds me of the call to help bind up the brokenhearted, bring freedom to those who feel captive to pain, and be a voice for those who cannot yet speak for themselves.

This purpose is echoed in Proverbs 31:8–9, encouraging me to speak up for those who need advocacy and to ensure justice and care for the hurting. These truths reflect my heart for emotional wholeness and my desire to walk alongside others as they discover healing, hope, and renewed strength.

Through SHEM Wellness Coaching, my goal is to create a safe, faith-centered, and solution-focused space where clients can experience peace, clarity, and a fresh outlook on life — guided by compassion, wisdom, and grace.”
