I am a Christian woman who has been deeply blessed by God’s amazing grace. I’ve been married for 37 years, have 2 adult sons and 4 amazing grandchildren.
I am also the mom of a son that suffers with substance use disorder. I was that mom that suffered in silence. Through the power of God, the support of a Christ-centered community, I have found healing from fear, anxiety, depression, PTSD and grief. Recovery Alive, a Christ Centered 12 Step Program, has been a vital part of that journey and Mental Health Coaching is my way of giving back.
Because I have seen and experienced God’s healing firsthand and witnessed miracles in my own life and in the lives of others, I simply want to be obedient to His call. I firmly believe that no one should suffer in silence.
