Whether you are leading your family, your ministry, your business/organization, or your community, you are pouring into others, and you need and deserve to be poured into as well! Chou creates spaces where faith and emotional honesty can coexist—where clients can process pain, strengthen coping skills, rebuild hope, and grow in spiritual and relational maturity. She is known for her warm, nonjudgmental presence and her ability to help people feel seen, heard, and supported. Chou’s work is guided by the conviction that healing is not about perfection, but about restoration—mind, body, spirit, and relationships—through faith, connection, and compassionate support.
Chou is a Christian mental health coach, ordained minister, and wellbeing and belonging consultant with more than two decades of experience walking alongside individuals, families, caregivers, and leaders through seasons of stress, transition, trauma, and growth. With a deep commitment to Christ-centered care, Chou supports people in strengthening resilience, restoring emotional wellbeing, building healthy relationships, and cultivating a sense of belonging—both within themselves and in their communities.
Chou brings over eighteen years of ministry experience in church and faith-based nonprofit settings, alongside twenty-three years of professional experience in human services supporting individuals impacted by mental health challenges, disabilities, neurodiversity, addiction, poverty, and systemic barriers. Her work is rooted in compassion, wisdom, and the belief that healing happens best when faith, emotional health, and practical support are integrated.
Chou holds an Advanced Diploma in Biblical Counseling and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation Counseling, equipping her to support individuals and families impacted by chronic illness or disability, complex emotional needs, or navigating life transitions. Her additional ministry and professional credentials include certification as a Trauma-Competent Professional, and training as a Fresh Hope Coach and Group Facilitator—a faith-based mental health support model. Chou is also certified in emotional intelligence, leadership coaching, suicide prevention (QPR), peer support supervision, and trauma-informed practices. With additional training in blended family ministry and as a certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator, she equips families with tools to heal and grow. These credentials allow her to provide spiritually grounded care while remaining attentive to emotional safety, ethical boundaries, and appropriate referrals.
Chou also facilitates support groups for leaders, solo parents, and individuals living with mental health challenges. Whether working with a caregiver who feels overwhelmed, a leader carrying unseen burdens, or a family navigating complex needs, Chou meets each person with grace, wisdom, and practical tools for sustainable wellbeing.
