I like many, have experienced trauma throughout my life. I found myself in seasons of hurt and desperation, frantically looking for a way out of what I was feeling and experiencing. I became a person I never thought I would be nor did I recognize. Through Christ and solid Biblical counseling, I have healed from the hurt and pain and I am a new person in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17).

For years I have asked the Lord to not allow my life experiences go to waste and He has faithfully answered my prayers through becoming a certified Mental Health coach and a certified Marriage and Family coach. My hearts desire is walk along side you as you start your journey to becoming whole and free. The Lord made us in the image of the trinity, God the Father, God the Son and the Holy Spirit and it’s through that image that we understand we are not meant to go through life alone or solve life’s problems alone. We are meant to be in community helping bear one another’s burdens and celebrating each other’s joys (2 Corinthians 2:4-7).

My approach to coaching is based upon prayer, the Holy Spirit, scripture, and the discovery of truth. I believe listening, understanding, communicating and honesty are core principals that lead to healing and restoration
