RISE Care & Counseling Center is a ministry driven group practice with an internal support team based in Northern Jersey of Home Church and have been serving our community with our team since 1994.

We firmly believe in the redemptive work of Christ and ground all our practice in the consistency and truth of Scripture. We prioritize walking alongside individuals and families with a blend of trained clinical practice and sound biblical counseling, addressing a variety of needs in person and virtually. We utilize different tools of emotional intelligence and psycho-education primarily utilizing NCCA’s Temperament Testing.

As a multicultural church, our ministry deeply understands the importance of culturally sensitive interventions and we commit to bring a data-driven, compassionate, and a trauma-informed approach to our work. We provide counseling support in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for a diverse range of clients.

Many times when Jesus encounters someone, He often uses imperative words such as egeirō (greek verb), meaning to awaken, to raise up, to rouse from sleep or death. Healing is tied to resurrection power; Jesus not only restores but literally “raises up” into new life. We’re believing RISE Care & Counseling Center to be an instrument of revival and resurrection for the souls of the people encountering Jesus in their therapeutic journey.
