Maybe you’re here because something in your life or relationships isn’t working the way you hoped it would. You may be struggling with anxiety, sadness, anger, or feeling overwhelmed. Perhaps you and your spouse keep having the same arguments, feel disconnected, or aren’t sure how to find your way back to one another. You may be worried about your child or teenager, navigating a difficult family relationship, or trying to make sense of a season of loss, change, or uncertainty. And sometimes, you may simply know that something needs to change, even if you’re not quite sure what.

At Fuller Arizona Family Therapy (FAFT), we believe you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Our therapists work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families to help you understand what is happening, develop healthier ways of relating and coping, and move toward greater hope and wholeness.

For many Christians, struggles with mental health and relationships can also raise questions about faith. Why is this happening? Where is God in the middle of this? How does my faith fit with what I’m experiencing? We believe these questions deserve a place in therapy. Our therapists can integrate Christian faith, Scripture, prayer, and theological reflection into counseling when that is meaningful to you. We also recognize that faith can look different for different people and seek to meet you with compassion, respect, and grace.

Our approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy, marriage and family therapy, attachment, and systems perspectives. We look beyond symptoms to understand the relationships, experiences, patterns, and beliefs that may be shaping what you are experiencing today. Whether you are seeking individual counseling, marriage counseling, family therapy, or help for your child or teenager, our goal is to help you move from simply getting through the day toward greater connection, understanding, and hope.

You don’t have to wait until things get worse to reach out. Therapy can be a place to strengthen your marriage before you reach a crisis, learn new ways to respond to your child, work through a difficult season, or simply have a safe place to process what you’re carrying.

FAFT offers in-person therapy in Phoenix and telehealth throughout Arizona, with licensed therapists, associate clinicians, and graduate clinicians practicing under professional supervision. Our training-clinic model also allows us to offer quality care at a range of affordable fee levels.

Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.
