FAMHS offers both in-person and virtual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, including children aged 6 to 17 years. Our team of skilled therapists addresses a wide range of concerns, such as marriage and relationship issues, family conflicts, anxiety, parenting challenges, depression, and life transitions. We are committed to creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their feelings and develop effective coping strategies.
At Fuller Arizona Mental Health Services, we believe in treating the mind, body, and spirit in an integrated manner, recognizing that holistic well-being is essential for fostering healthy relationships and personal growth. Clinical staff are trained to integrate psychology and theology in order to explore how your belief system impact your day-to-day life. Our approach is rooted in the understanding that spirituality and family dynamics significantly impact individual well-being, and we are dedicated to helping our clients navigate these complexities toward a more fulfilling life.
In addition to providing therapy services, FAMHS is integral to the training of future marriage and family therapists. The clinic offers hands-on clinical experience for graduate interns and provides supervision and training to associate level licensees, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, affordable care to our clients.
Fuller Arizona Mental Health Services (FAMHS) is a distinguished clinic located in midtown Phoenix, dedicated to providing comprehensive marriage and family therapy. Established in 2023 through the generous support of Carol and David Eaton, FAMHS serves as the clinical training and community mental health outreach arm of Fuller’s Arizona Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Program. While the Fuller Arizona campus has existed since the 1970s, the clinic is a relatively more recent addition.
