Enlighten Counseling Center was founded in 2022 with the vision of creating a place for individuals and families seeking faith-based therapy that aligns with their values while maintaining high clinical quality and excellence. As a locally owned Christian counseling practice, we are dedicated to serving our community with integrity and professionalism. Several members of our team participate in the Focus on the Family Christian Counselors Network, and we maintain partnerships with local Catholic parishes and area churches.

Our therapists integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with faith-informed counseling, honoring each client’s beliefs and preferences. We work with adults, children, couples, and families facing concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, and relationship challenges, helping clients develop insight, resilience, and lasting change while thoughtfully incorporating Christian or Catholic perspectives when desired.
