I have been walking alongside women in group settings as well as individually through programs like Celebrate Recovery and Pure Desire Ministries since 2005.  All of which began when I started my own healing journey in my Mid 30’s when I found myself at the end of my rope. Depressed, full of anxiety, suicide ideologies. I had a family, and two businesses, and was seemingly “successful” but felt empty and joyless.  I have never known a life outside of addiction and codependency, born into it.  I didn’t struggle with drugs and alcohol but I sure did learn to love the addict!   When I accepted Jesus and began on the path toward healing, I learned what it meant to have a relationship with Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Once I fully surrendered my will for His will, things began to change in my life.  I didn’t feel better right away but found with a support system in place and having a safe place to process, all things were possible.  His word is true and I believe I was given Isaiah 61 as an encouragement to first walk out my path towards healing literally one step at a time and then begin sharing my story of redemption. I had to look at past traumas, current fractures in relationships, and get real honest with myself and Jesus.  As of 2014, I began my first class with AACC and haven’t stopped learning since.  Now I get to walk alongside women and families, sharing the hope and healing that I have received, knowing it can happen in their lives as well! As a Board Certified Professional Life Coach/Mental Health Coach, I offer one on one coaching and group coaching.  I offer a holistic, client centered/led  approach.  I am flexible and will not stop a session allowing space if the Holy Spirit is moving and/or the client is opening up. As the word says in Ephesians 3, Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations, for ever and ever!
