For over 15 years I have been working with individuals who are hurting and in need of some extra mental health and emotional support. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional mental health therapist and currently work with individuals over the age of 18 who are in the state of Texas seeking individual therapy.
By providing trauma-informed, cross-cultural care in a safe environment my hope is that you soon find some relief and together we get started on this road to healing.
I currently accept: Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, Oscar (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optum), and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as well as self-pay clients.
