My faith has been shaped through both beauty and brokenness. I’ve walked through seasons of loss, transition, and deep questioning that led me into a process of deconstructing and reconstructing my faith—discovering that God can handle our doubts and that healing often begins in honesty and grace.

This personal journey allows me to meet clients with compassion when faith feels shaken or uncertain. I understand how trauma, grief, and change can challenge what we once believed, and I hold space for that process with gentleness and respect.

One of the Scriptures that anchors me is Isaiah 43:2:

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you.”

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, faith-integrated lens, combining emotional awareness, spiritual reflection, and practical tools for growth. I believe that we carry within us both our greatest joy and our deepest inner conflict, and that—even in confusion, insecurity, or uncertainty—we have the ability to create the life we desire.

My work is rooted in the belief that love—not fear—is what transforms us, and that true healing engages the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
