My life scripture is Phil 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. This verse has seen me through some tough times and some good times in my life. I believe that God’s word provides us with a pathway for the life He has planned for us.

I provide mental health counseling from a Christian perspective for men, women, and couples who are experiencing life situations that become overwhelming and difficult to navigate. This includes, but is not limited to, depression, anxiety, and adults recovering from childhood abuse/ trauma. It is my passion in life to assist clients in determining and achieving the goals they desire for their lives.
