My journey into trauma-informed coaching began with my own story of healing—one marked by grace, grit, and the quiet presence of God during pain. I believe that restoration is not only possible but promised. Isaiah 61:3 reminds me that God gives “a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning.” This verse anchors my work and my witness.
In every session, I hold space for both the sacred and the shattered. I integrate Biblical reflection, prayer (when welcomed), and spiritual formation practices that invite clients to encounter God’s truth in deeply personal ways. Whether we’re navigating grief, identity, or purpose, I draw from Scripture and trauma-informed frameworks to support holistic transformation.
My favorite passages include:
• Isaiah 61 – for its vision of healing and justice
• Psalm 139 – a reminder that we are fully seen and deeply known
• Romans 12:2 – the call to renewal and nonconformity in a world that often wounds
I see my role not as a fixer, but as a faithful companion, someone who walks with you as you reclaim your story, your voice, and your vision for flourishing.
