I was raised Mormon, so I was not taught that Jesus died for my sins. I didn’t know that I could be a part of God’s family and have eternal life. When I was 18 and becoming my own person, I left Mormonism. I accepted Jesus’ forgiveness for my sins when I was 25.

I believe in the God of the Bible. I do my best to obey and serve Him and walk in His love for others. I am part of God’s family now, and I will be with Him in Heaven one day!

For over 30 years, I have been using God’s Word, along with my training in psychology to overcome my problems from trauma, wrong behavior, and bad habits. I use the same principles to help my clients overcome their own problems.

These are some of the Godly Principles that I use:

Renew your mind to change your behavior. “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect” (Romans 12:2).
Forgive others and yourself. “Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you” (Ephesians 4:32).
Make amends to people you have hurt. “So, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there and go. First be reconciled to your brother and then come and offer your gift” (Matthew 5:23-24).
