Hello! I’m Diana Bigham, owner and therapist at Redefine, a group counseling practice in DFW that specializes in Christian counseling. At Redefine, we believe true healing comes when faith and professional care work together. My own journey of experiencing God’s grace in challenging seasons has shaped my heart for counseling and equipping the body of Christ. Having walked through situations where only Christ could restore hope, I understand the power of leaning on His Word and into His Presence for strength and renewal.

Our team is guided by scriptures such as Romans 12:2 (“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind”) and Isaiah 61:1 (“He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted”), which reflect our mission to see lives restored through Christ. With client permission, we integrate biblical truths with evidence-based therapy, helping clients not only manage life’s struggles but also discover their identity and purpose in God. We weave biblical wisdom with professional counseling so clients can pursue growth and discover perspective.
