City On A Hill Counseling offers quality ethical professional counseling services to adult individuals, couples, and families. We offer compassionate, trauma informed care, including EMDR and Brainspotting, to support those working to heal and grow in their relationship with themselves or with those they care for. In-person and virtual options are available to meet client needs and while we are not paneled with any particular insurance companies and operate as a private pay facility, we are happy to offer options to allow for clients to be reimbursed for their care. We support clients through providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment, in which individuals can be curious about their experiences, past and present, and explore what works, what doesn’t, and what aligns with who they want to be.
