I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University, a Christian-based, faith-inspired program that shaped my belief that God calls us to grow and mature both spiritually and emotionally. My approach to therapy is heart-based and trauma-informed, grounded in the conviction that our first ministry is to embody faithfulness and love in our relationships with family, friends, and community.

With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help clients navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s overcoming painful patterns, healing from trauma, or finding peace during transitions like divorce, relationship struggles, anxiety, or depression. My goal is to guide you toward uncovering the root causes of what keeps you stuck, empowering you to make healthier choices and foster lasting growth.

I am licensed in both Florida and Texas, offering in-person and video sessions for clients in Florida and video sessions for those in Texas.
