In Isaiah 41:10 God assures us that he is with us and will uphold us with his righteous hand. He models for us how to offer reassurance, comfort and understanding. In my mission to be like Jesus has called me to be as a christian and your therapist, I want to create a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions that can help you repair past hurt to move forward. I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English. I have experience working with children and adults providing individual and couple counseling, including trauma-informed care with immigrant families, neurodivergency and Latino community. I use a Trauma-Informed Approach including TF-CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and faith based practices and skills. I believe that together we can write a new story that is more empowering, encouraging, and meaningful.
