Hi, I’m Heather Parton, and I’m honored you’re here.

My journey into counseling grew out of my own story of God’s grace. Losing my father before I was born, walking through seasons of grief, and later experiencing restoration through Christ shaped my heart for helping others. Out of those valleys, the Lord placed a calling on my life to come alongside women and couples who are hurting, offering both professional therapy and Christ-centered hope.

One of the Scriptures that continually guides my work is Romans 12:2: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” I believe that true change happens from the inside out, through both evidence-based tools and the renewing power of God’s Word. Another anchor for me is Ephesians 4, which reminds us to put off the old self and put on the new, an invitation to live in freedom and growth rather than perfection.

In my sessions, I integrate biblical truth with clinical methods like EMDR and the Gottman Method. For example, I often use Scripture to reframe negative core beliefs, pairing God’s promises with therapeutic tools to help clients find peace, healing, and clarity. My goal is not just to help clients cope, but to see them transformed, body, mind, and spirit, so they can walk more fully in who God created them to be.
